Quentin Yarie,  P.Geo.

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Yarie is an experienced geophysicist and a successful entrepreneur with extensive project management and business development experience. He was previously the Business Development Officer at Geotech Ltd, a geo-physical airborne survey company, and a Senior Representative of Sales and Business Development for Aeroquest Limited. From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Yarie was a partner of a specialized environmental and engineering consulting group where he managed a number of large projects including the ESA of the Sydney Tar Ponds, the closure of the Canadian Forces Bases in Germany and the Maritime and Northeast Pipeline Project.

Greg Duras,  CPA, CGA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Duras is a senior executive with over 23 years of experience working in the resource sector in corporate development, financial management and cost control positions. He’s held the position of CFO at several publicly traded companies, including Savary Gold Corp., Nordic Gold Corp and Avion Gold Corp., and spearheaded large corporate financings. He is currently the CFO of Emerita Resources Ltd.

JEAN-FRANÇOIS MONTREUIL, P.Geo, Ph.D.

Chief Geologist

Dr. Montreuil holds over a decade of experience in exploring complex hydrothermal systems for battery, precious, base and radioactive metals and has contributed greatly to the advancement of Red Pine’s Wawa Gold project and the discovery of the Minto Mine South Deposit. Previously, Dr. Montreuil is currently the Chief Geologist of MacDonald Mine Exploration and formerly Honey Badger Exploration. With a Master degree in Earth Sciences at Laval University and Ph.D in Earth Sciences at INRS-ETE, out of Quebec City, his on-going contribution to scientific research in collaboration with the Geological Survey of Canada, the Bureau de Recherches Géologiques et Minières (France geological survey), Geological Survey of South Australia, BHP-Olympic Dam, the University of Windsor and Laurentian University will continue to add value to the Canadian mining industry. Dr. Montreuil has also contributed to the industry through numerous Publications across International peer-reviewed journals in Economic Geology.

Investor Relations Manager

As Chief Development Officer for FairGreen Capital Partners and managing director of its North American and Canadian regions, Ms. Asfour has 10+ years of management, strategy development, fundraising and capital markets experience. Previously, Ms. Asfour successfully expanded the business of TG Capital, through deal sourcing, strategy and development of successful start-ups and took a hands-on approach with companies she successfully expanded and brought to market. Ms. Asfour previously held the roles of executive consultant and business advisor to TG Consulting, Executive Vice President at Organic Medical Growth and Communications Director at Dominion Water Reserves Inc, with an expertise in corporate affairs, investor relations and strategic partnerships. Ms. Asfour is a recipient of the prestigious Fondation Montreal Inc Young Entrepreneur Award, she holds an MBA from Herzing University and an undergraduate degree in Political Sciences from Concordia University.

Drew Anwyll, M.Eng., P.Eng.

Director

Mr. Anwyll is a mining engineer with over 25 years of international experience in operations start-up, construction and project management of both open pit and underground mines. He was most recently the Senior Vice President – Technical Services at Detour Gold Corporation, where he led the strategic work associated with long term planning, exploration, technical and operational oversight of the Detour Lake mine. Prior to this role, he was VP Operations and Mine General Manager at Detour during the construction and initial start-up of the mine. He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree of Engineering from McGill University.

Andrew Baumen, P.Eng.

Director

Mr. Baumen is a mining engineer with over 30 years in the mining industry. He is an innovative leader with recognized achievements in operational open pit and underground mine management and strategic business planning. Mr. Baumen was formerly VP of Technical Excellence at Barrick Gold Corp., and General Manager at Barrick’s Hemlo Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BaSc.) in Mining Engineering from Queens University.

Dr. Robert Dodds, Ph.D, P.Eng.

Director

Dr. Dodds has over 44 years of experience in the mining industry and has authored 17 scientific articles published in various North American technical journals. Dr. Dodds has worked in resource exploration, development and production with various resource companies including, Barrick Gold Corporation, The Kidd Creek Mine, Teck Resources Limited, Cominco, The Kerr Addison Mine, Noranda Inc. and Diavik Diamond Mines Inc. He acted as Manager and Operator at a gold mine in Northwestern Ontario and has provided engineering services for mining operations. Dr. Dodds held senior management positions with Algonquin Power Utility Corp and was, most recently, CEO of Augustine Ventures Inc. before its merger with Red Pine Exploration.

Peter Kampian, CPA, CA

Director

Mr. Peter Kampian has over 30 years of experience in investment management related to electrical generation, manufacturing, securities exchange and public accounting. Mr.Kampian is the Chief Financial Officer at Mettrum Health Corp. and the Chief Executive Officer at Edge Financial Consulting Services Inc. He was formerly the Chief Financial Officer at One World Energy Inc. and Algonquin Power Income Fund. Mr. Kampian is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

James Franklin, Ph.D., FRSC, P.Geo

Advisor

Dr. James (Jim) Franklin, is a renowned and award winning exploration geologist with over 40 years of extensive geological knowledge and expertise focusing on discovering base metal, uranium, and gold-bearing ore deposits. His career in the mineral industry has involved teaching at the university level, and directing research programs for the Geological Survey of Canada as Director of the Survey and as its Chief Geoscientist from 1993 to 1998. Dr. Franklin was past President of both the Geological Association of Canada and the Society of Economic Geologists. He was a Co-editor of Exploration and Mining Geology for CIM and was also Associate Editor of Economic Geology (trade journal) for seven years. He serves as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and is an Adjunct Professor at Queen’s, Laurentian and Ottawa university. Dr. Franklin is an expert on gold and VMS deposits in the Churchill and Superior Provinces of the Canadian Shield.

Mr. Mackenzie Watson, B.Sc., P.Geo., P.Eng

Mr. Mackenzie (Mac) Watson, has over 50 years experience in the exploration, development, and mining industry, and has been involved in the discovery of numerous mineral deposits in Canada. He is currently Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quest Rare Minerals. Mr. Watson spent his career in the junior mining sector, as CEO of Lynx Canada Exploration from l969 to 1985, and CEO of Freewest Resources from 1985 until 20l0 when it was taken over by Cliffs Natural Resources. Mr. Watson was awarded Canada’s Prospector of the Year Award in 1991 for his contribution to the discovery of the Harker Holloway gold mine (Ontario), the Icon-Sullivan copper mine (Quebec), the Long Lake zinc mine (Ontario), the Ellison gold deposit (Quebec) and the Hebecourt copper deposit (Quebec); and again in 2010 for his contributions to the mineral discoveries in the Ring of Fire area of Northern Ontario. He was also awarded the Quebec Prospector of the Year Award in 1992 for his participation in the discovery of the Pusticamica and Verneuil gold deposits in Quebec. In January 2015, Mr. Watson was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame.
